With a collective 18 years in the design industry, Erin & Cat bring a dynamic chemistry to their projects with unstoppable energy, creativity and experience.
Their shared experiences as career-oriented designers and mothers have ignited a fresh passion to break the glass ceiling that often lingers in the world of design. They’re determined to prove that it's not only possible, but empowering to pursue entrepreneurial dreams while having a balanced and thriving family life.
ERIN BRODHEAD - FOUNDING PRINCIPAL
With nearly two decades of experience in hospitality and multifamily design, Erin Brodhead leads the development of a project’s design narrative with a pioneering approach. Known for blending creativity with precision, she develops a cohesive story that pushes the envelope on architecture, adding dimension through innovative textures, materials, and color. Her collaborative nature makes for a well-coordinated work team, ensuring timely and professional handling of new projects as well as renovations. A nationally certified Interior Designer, Erin's portfolio includes luxury multifamily and custom branded and boutique hospitality projects nationwide, with significant work in China, showcasing her bold vision & global expertise.
She launched erinbrodhead CREATIVE in 2022 after her victory against early-stage breast cancer with the support of her husband, two children, and a vast community of family and friends.
Erin loves adventure and exploring different cultures, a passion evident in her extensive international travels. She channels this creativity into her work through photography, capturing completed design projects and offering portrait and architectural photography sessions upon request.
cat linton - PRINCIPAL
Cat brings an impressive wealth of experience and expertise to the world of design, with an 12-year career marked by excellence in hospitality and commercial multi-family design.
A Pacific Northwest native, Cat’s journey to becoming a top-tier Interior Designer began when she graduated top of her class from Washington State University with a BFA in Interior Design.
With her diverse portfolio, Cat has proven her versatility and adaptability as a designer. Her design prowess shines in the following areas: Renovation & New Construction, boutique and branded hotels, multi-family apartments, and high end residential design.
Cat is not your average designer: she is a jack of all trades. Infused with passion and creativity for interior spaces, she’s a classic type-A personality and organized go-getter. She loves Project Management, always keeping a close eye on schedule, budget and coordination.
Outside of work, you can find Cat perusing the aisles of Barnes & Noble for the latest thriller, wine tasting in Woodinville, playing her piano and exploring the trails with her two young boys and husband.
